1.7 Customers using our grocery service accept the need to inform their address prior to ordering. These details are held in an encrypted form on the Maria Bonita's database and will only be used for of goods and services received by you using our grocery service.

1.9 Goods are stored in appropriate conditions and temperature prior to delivery. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date the goods are delivered to your address or are left with a person or place nominated by you. Maria Bonita’s will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after delivery.
2.0 We do not accept returns of the purchased goods if the package was open because of hygienic reasons. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), "A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from it without giving any reason and no costs, except for the costs indicated below: delivery cost.
2.1 The customer can make a complaint about the purchased goods. The complaint will be considered after sending the information (via e-mail) with the date and order number, customer data and the reason for the complaint to Maria Bonita (see contact section). The complaint will be considered within 5 working days of receipt.

2.3 If you would like to return the goods (not opened as it is food product) you can ship them to the following address:
You have 14 days from the moment of buying to return the goods.
You need to inform us about the return by sending e-mail (available on the bottom of the page) with:
- your order number
- your data: name, surname, address, e-mail and phone number
- account number to return the money (you will receive the value of the goods plus cost of transportation).
Your case will be dealt within 12 days after receiving the goods by us.
In the case of a complaint / return of a damaged product, please attach a copy of the Damage Report prepared by the courier.
